For instance, the topic of 2012 program was to design and make Intelligent Monitor Stands and Intelligent Welcome Board, which can be used in exposition or meeting room and company entrance. The process was not simple at all, 6 recruits had to figure out ideas, design by CAD, calculate costs, purchase materials, weld and assembly parts. Finally, they had to give an oral presentation about their works by PPT. This helped them to learn the know-how in designing and presenting a new product, and meanwhile, to understand the whole manufacturing system of our company.　

 After the program, the recruits said they really had a great opportunity to experience a lot of things. It was an unforgettable time for them!

In addition to the above, 6 recruits also participated in a 3-day military training, which was organized by Japan Army (Japan Self-Defense Force). Through the training, the recruits experienced and learned a lot, such as the importance of doing a team-work, the responsibility when acting in a group, how important of keeping discipline, and so on.
