Established in 1995, Ishizue Friendship Association gathered all retired
employees, who had worked until they reached the retirement age of 60 years
old. The purpose of the association is to initiate the
communication between employees and the retired employees, to deepen the
friendship between members, and so on......
I started working in the company in December, 1957. There
were about 30 employees at that time. Although the factory was small, and
the equipment was simple, we worked about 100 hours overtime
and produced 3 to 5 crushers every month.....
