A4. Experience from the most difficult job @

T. I. (Tokyo branch),  Dec.2007

The most difficult job for me so far is a renewal project of a concrete recycling plant. The project was started from its sales activity  in 1988, and its contact was signed in 1991. Then, the renewal construction was started in 2005, and was completed in January of 2008. The total sales of the plant was  435 million Japanese-yen.
During the long period, the most difficult time was in May of 2007. You may ask why the project was the most difficult? The reason was that it was an indoor-type plant, we were not able to stop the plant, in other words, we had to do all jobs while the plant was running! In addition, there were some misunderstandings between our company and the customer. Under the hard conditions, in order to meet the contracted deadline, 20 staffs gathered from several sections of our company, and worked together day and night. Finally, the renewal project was completed by the deadline.
Although the project was the most difficult one among what I have experienced so far, I believe that I have learned a lot of things through the project.
