1. The
Crushing Test Facility
|
|
|
| Aggregates are essential as basic
materials for buildings, roads, dams and residential
lands. The aggregates are
either produced from mountain rocks and river
stones, or reproduced from construction wastes such
as concrete and asphalt. |
| In particular, when
the aggregates are reproduced from raw concretes and second concrete
wastes, it is necessary to do proof tests to ensure
the aggregates' quality. Therefore, we set up a new
crushing test facility in the company. |
| The new test facility
can be equipped with our latest products, such as a hammer
crusher FR-3, a high-speed impact crusher HIS-1A , an impact crusher SR-50, etc, depending on
different purposes. |

2. Equipment Improvement
|
|
|
| Safety first, lower cost and highest quality,
these three words are always the most important slogan
in our Manufacturing
Division. we are doing our best to improve working environment and
equipment. Here are some examples we would like to

Electricity Monitoring
System
|
|
|
| "Your attention
please, the electricity is close to its peak......",
all staffs working in the offices may get such an email from the
Electricity Monitoring System automatically, if the
demand for electricity is almost at its peak. Yes, it is a
monitoring system for monitoring and saving
electricity consumption in our company. |
| In deed, the email may be not
welcome for all staffs. However, it is very meaningful
and important. Let's make a quick calculation: If we turn
off an air conditioner for 30 minutes every day, we are able to
save 100,000 Japanese yen throughout a year! |

4. How to
Prevent Lumbago
|
|
|
Some young staffs complain with lumbago.
Because they sometimes have to hold heavy
things, therefore their backs and waists get
hurt.
To deal with this problem and to prevent lumbago, the
Manufacturing Division bought two electric lifters. The operation is
simple, and there is no exhaust emission because it is rechargeable.
With the lifters, staffs are able to lift
and transport
heavy things easily, even in a narrow place, where a forklift is not able to
work. |
