NAKAYAMA Solar Power Generation System has a 517 kW installed capacity, the electricity generated is equivalent to power 165 homes. Differing from those power systems installed in land, the system is formed by solar panels covering all the roofs of our company buildings. It began generating power in January, 2013, and its expected power will reach to 476,000 kWh per year. According to the Feed-in Tariff System, the electricity is sold to electric utility at a rate of 42 yen per kWh.  We are dreaming that solar or wind power and geothermal or hydro electricity can go to every corner of our town in the near future, and this solar system, is a pioneer for all of them.

ISO 9000 is a generic term used for defining a series of International Quality Standards sponsored by the International Organization for Standards (ISO). The ISO organization, which is represented by a federation of over 110 countries, created the ISO standards in an effort to standardize quality management systems for all manufacturing and service industries worldwide. NAKAYAMA has been an ISO9001 certified company since April, 2000. We believe that ISO 9001 helps us produce the highest quality products and provide excellent customer service.  The documentary offers some general information in applying for the certificate.

On June 1, 2008, NAKAYAMA celebrated its 100th anniversary. In 1908, the company founder, Juhachi Nakayama, started the company business in Takeo city, producing gas engines and barley pearling mills. Time flies, 100 years have passed, NAKAYAMA now is one of the well-known companies producing industrial machinery, crushing and screening systems with years of experience. The crushing plants and equipment have being widely accepted in the domestic market and exported to over 60 countries world-wide. However, the company would never have achieved this status without people that shaped the company's past, present and future. Being around for 100 years is an extraordinary accomplishment, we would like to recognize the special people and events that have helped shape the company. As one of the main events of celebrating the 100th anniversary, we edited the company histories named "Ishizue" which tells a true story of the company, and gives details and vivid descriptions with a large number of manuscripts and photos.  Find out more by exploring the album, please.
