| The suction air separator unit has
a simple structure similar to that of
a magnetic separation device, in which
the magnetic element is replaced with
a suction air current collecting light-weight
trashes from
mixed industrial wastes
efficiently. Fine materials are
firstly removed by means of a
vibrating screen. Then, oversized
materials are subjected to an
ascending air current through the net
on the exhaust size of the screen.
Light-weight fractions that could not be
removed by hand sorting are sucked
towards a mesh belt conveyor and
automatically are transported to the side,
out of the main stream of materials. |
