The sucked air is delivered to the cyclone CN600, in which the coarse particles included in the air are separated. On the other hand, the purified air is delivered to the exhaust pipe, and then, it is sucked by the suction air separator AS900 and is reused. Because the air is recycled in this way, the necessary power supply can be reduced, so that the unit is good for saving energy and protecting environment.
