The SS horizontal vibrating screen is
best suited for screening fine
aggregates with a high efficiency. The vibration mechanism is
a gearless type with twin electric
motors driving each shaft. Therefore,
this SS screen is usually resistant to
vibration mechanism failures .

The vibration of
the screen is generated by harmonizing
the centrifugal force which occurs
when the twin motors rotate a drive
shaft that has counter weights. Since
the vibration amplitude is high there
is no danger of clogging. These
screens are best suited for the
classification of aggregates smaller
than 30mm. Because gears are not used,
noise is minimized.
