| Raw materials
can be fed from a low position. In order to increase production
efficiency, the materials are firstly conveyed by the bar feeder to the movable bar device,
where smaller materials can be sorted out, and then bigger
materials go to the crushing stages. |
| There are two stages of
crushing in this compact unit: |

at the first stage, bigger materials
are crushed between the upper
and the middle rolls. |

at the second stage, the materials that could not pass
through the middle and the
lower rolls are further
crushed by the middle and the
lower rolls. On the other
hand, the sorted oversized
materials are directly fed and crushed
by the middle and lower
rolls. |

| UPR308FA is especially suitable for
crushing asphalts in the mass-production. Because it has
less excessive crushing, the asphalt grains ranging from 13 to
0 mm have excellent grain shape. |
| It is designed with special emphasis on
safety and environmental preservation, both noise
and vibration are in low level. Besides, it is possible to
select an optimum operating method among automatic, manual and
remote control operations. |
