When material jamming and bridging happen in the chamber of a jaw crusher,
inching (instant repetition of switching ON/OFF) may cause electric
motor's burning, so that the crusher has to stop working. This, has become
a big problem at working site..

HBT-45 is a hybrid turbo device developed to solve the problem. It
combines both electric motor system and hydraulic motor system (hydraulic
assisted system), in which, hydraulic inching control valve can control
forward/reverse rotation of the high-torque hydraulic motor.
|
|
With the device, crusher usually runs by electric motor
due to its high operating efficiency. However, the hydraulic assisted
system works when material jamming and bridging happen. Therefore, the
device is not only for protecting the electric motor, but also for safe
and quick recovery from jamming and for minimum downtime.
