The reciprocating plate feeder is
usually installed at a primary
crushing site. Its automatic feeding
system controls the feed rate in
accordance with the load of the
primary jaw crusher, therefore, the
feeder operator does not need to
monitor the feed level of the jaw
crusher.
|
|
The reciprocating
motion of the plate is maintained by
the arm that is connected to a crank
shaft, rotated by a geared motor.
Regular, forced delivery of a constant
amount of material increases the
efficiency of the primary crusher. The
feed rate is adjustable by changing
the stroke of the reciprocating motion
(optional).
